1. Preliminary meeting
Through dialogue in a physical or virtual meeting, we clarify the need for the development of your leaders. What are your challenges and which skills needs to be developed?

Custom programs are based on dialogue about your company needs, strategy, visions and specific requirements for methods, theory and tools. We agree on the number of participants, scope and duration.

2. Presentation
Subsequently, we send you a presentation with our suggestions for an overall package. The presentation is always open for discussion and will be developed in corporation with a consultant in the professional field.

Our customized company programs contain all our professional areas. From courses and certifications to formal qualifying education.

A program can contain courses with different subjects within leadership:

3. Scope - Length and content are based on your needs.E.g.:

• Blended learning, online programs e.g.

4. The outcome
The outcome varies from program to program. We align expectations in our dialogue and in general internal programs generate the following outcome:

• Digital course certificate and final evaluation, compiled in a final report

5. Completion and follow-up
Evaluation is always included, and we follow up based on the evaluation report to clarify an eventual further course or program.
